Leadership, healthcare and knowledge management

Leadership is a topic of great conceptual approach and considered fundamental in the work process healthcare organizations as well knowledge management. This study carried out literature review to identify leadership health domain with regard management articles published last 05 years. The data search was performed PubMed/Medline, Scielo, Scopus, using descriptors: leader*; health; management, which resulted 136 articles. Of these, 22 were selected first analysis, 8 chosen support this study, applied method integrative review. research findings indicate that role leaders have strong contributions organizations.
